Kellean K. Truesdell, J.D., LL.M.

The Law Firm practice is limited to the areas listed below. The average age of The Firm’s clients is seventy-five (75) with ninety percent (90%) of all clients over sixty-five (65). Because many clients are elderly and disabled, the Truesdell Professional Building was designed with easy access without steps or impediments.

The Law Firm has extensive experience with people in medical, financial, and emotional crisis.  Overwhelmingly, clients refer family, friends, neighbors, relatives, and co-workers to Kellean Truesdell because of her compassion, empathy, efficiency, and common sense. Chronic and extended illness or disability from strokes, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and cancer results in the need for long-term and life care planning. The Firm understands and appreciates the stress on caregivers and those who are impaired and will work to with everyone involved to make each transition less challenging.

Estate planning and elder law is a complex and always changing practice due to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.

Over 20,000 individuals have attended a seminar or workshop where Attorney Kellean Kai Truesdell has spoken as the host or guest speaker. In each presentation, Kellean states: “An ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure, and, you do not need to walk this path alone. We’ve been there many times before.”
